1.1 Enrolment

If you have not already done so, you need to complete the enrolment process to EduOnDemand.asia Learner Program. You can do so by using our official website at https://eduondemand.org/.

1.2 Acceptance of Learner Enrolment

EduOnDemand.asia has the rights to decide whether to accept or reject your enrolment based on relevant considerations. If we choose to accept your enrolment, you will receive an email notification confirming that your enrolment has been approved. You understand and agree that EduOnDemand.asia may accept or reject your enrolment at our sole discretion. Your enrolment will be rejected if any of the information you provide is incorrect or incomplete.

1.3 Accessing EduOnDemand.asia Learner Program

If EduOnDemand.asia have accepted your enrolment as a learner, you will receive a welcome email with your login details. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password information secure. 

You will ensure that your information including your email address is at all times complete, accurate and up-to-date. We may send communications to the email address associated with your account. You will be deemed to have received all notifications, approvals, and other communications sent to that email address, even if the email address associated with your account is no longer current.

As EduOnDemand.asia Learner, you understand and agree that:

(a) We Can Monitor Your Site: You hereby give EduOnDemand.asia the right to monitor Your website at any time to determine if You are following these Learner terms, and to notify You of any changes We feel you should make to remain in compliance. Further, you must comply with any requests we make for you to take down specific content from your website. Failure to comply is a violation of these Terms and grounds for termination of Your Learner status.

(b) You will not use EduOnDemand.asia company name or variations of Our company name in your Domain Names or Social Media pages: You may not register or purchase domain names that include Our company’s name or any misspellings or variations of Our company name to run promotions as a learner.

(c) You are prohibited from using EduOnDemand.asia to share content that contains illegal content or promotes illegal activities with the intent to commit such activities or to share content that contains credible threats or organizes acts of real-world violence. We don’t allow content that creates a genuine risk of physical injury or property damage, credibly threatens people or public safety, or organizes or encourages harm in EduOnDemand.asia.

(d) You will not use EduOnDemand.asia to share content that harrasses others. We encourage commentary about people and matters of public interest, but abusive or otherwise inappropriate content directed at private individuals is not allowed in EduOnDemand.asia.

(e) You are prohibited from using EduOnDemand.asia to share content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. Do not share content that you do not have the right to share, claim content that you did not create as your own, or otherwise infringe or misappropriate someone else’s intellectual property or other rights. Always attribute materials used or quoted by you to the original copyright owner.

(f) You are prohibited from using EduOnDemand.asia to share content that spams others. Do not share irrelevant or inappropriate advertising, promotional, or solicitation content.

(g) You will be Responsible for Your Website’s Content: You may not promote EduOnDemand.asia content and EduOnDemand.asia Educators’ courses on a website that contains any form of misleading, defamatory, obscene, illegal, bigoted, pornographic or any other content deemed offensive by EduOnDemand.asia.

(h) You will not copy EduOnDemand.asia media and content: Learners must make sure that his or her media does not copy or resemble the look and feel of the EduOnDemand.asia website or create the impression that your media is part of EduOnDemand.asia ‘s website. You also understand that using the language found on EduOnDemand.asia pages verbatim is not allowed unless it is to describe the content found on any given course landing page.

These Learner Terms will begin and become effective upon Our acceptance of Your Enrolment for EduOnDemand.asia Learner program.

EduOnDemand.asia reserve the right to remove content, suspend pay outs, and/or ban learners for any reason at any time, without prior notice, including in cases where:

• a learner or content does not comply with our policies or legal terms;
• a learner engages in behaviour that might reflect unfavourably on EduOnDemand.asia;
• a learner engages the services of a marketer or other business partner who violates EduOnDemand.asia policies;
• a learner uses the Services in a way that constitutes unfair competition, such as promotion of their off-site business in a way that violates EduOnDemand.asia ‘s policies; or
• as determined by EduOnDemand.asia in its sole discretion.

When buying or assessing content available for purchase on EduOnDemand.asia, you are free to choose from any content available on EduOnDemand.asia.

If you purchase content or our product in a country that requires EduOnDemand.asia to remit national, state, or local sales or use taxes, EduOnDemand.asia will collect and remit those Transaction Taxes to the competent tax authorities for those purchases. We may increase the sale price at our discretion where we determine that such taxes may be due on EduOnDemand.asia.

As a learner, you must own a PayPal or a legitimate bank account in order to buy or assess various account on EduOnDemand.asia, and you agree that we have the right to withhold appropriate taxes from your payments. We reserve the right to withhold payments or impose other penalties if we do not receive proper payment from you.

You acknowledge and agree that as a learner, you have the right to receive a refund. 

6.1 For Month-to-Month Subscriptions

EduOnDemand.asia does not offer refunds for payments made on a month-month subscription plan. To avoid being charged during a free trial promotion, you must cancel your subscription before your free trial ends. If you complete a course during the free trial period, EduOnDemand.asia reserves the right to require you to pay for a one-month subscription in order to receive a course and/or specialization certificate.

Your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis unless and until you cancel or the subscription is suspended or discontinued by EduOnDemand.asia. If you cancel your subscription, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current monthly period; you will continue to have access to your subscription for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund.

6.2 For One-time Content Purchases

If you cancel your paid enrollment for a particular course on EduOnDemand.asia, EduOnDemand.asia will offer you a complete refund until 30 days after payment, or until you have earned your course certificate, whichever is earlier. However, if you pre-enroll and pay for a course, Coursera will offer you a complete refund until 30 days after the course launches or until you have earned your course certificate, whichever is earlier. For avoidance doubt, once you have earned a course certificate with your payment, you are not eligible for a refund even if it is within 30 days. If you do not earn your course certificate within 180 days, your registration will expire and you will need to pay to re-enrol for the content.

All learner must agree to abide by the following code:

• Will only register for only one account, unless expressly permitted to register for additional accounts by EduOnDemand.asia.
• Will not make solutions to homework, quizzes, exams, projects, and other assignments available to anyone else. This includes both solutions written by me, as well as any solutions provided by the course staff or others.
• Will not engage in any other activities that will dishonestly improve my results or dishonestly improve or hurt the results of others.

Any violation of this code may result in your access to all or part of the Services being suspended, disabled, or terminated.

If you wish to delete your learner account, please proceed to do so. EduOnDemand.asia will use commercially reasonable efforts to make any remaining scheduled payments that are owed to you before deleting your account. If you need help or encounter difficulty deleting your account, you can email us at cs@eduondemand.asia.

From time to time, EduOnDemand.asia may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices (such as when we add new features). EduOnDemand.asia reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time. If we make any material change, we will notify you using prominent means such as by email notice sent to the email address specified in your account or by posting a notice through our Services. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective shall mean that you accept those changes. Any revised Terms shall supersede all previous Terms.

As EduOnDemand.asia do provide courses related to investments, hence any information provided on the website is not to be construed as investment advice and/or the provision of financial planning services. For instances, in any form such as financial, legal, accounting, tax or any other form of advice whatsoever. You must obtain your own independent advice before making any financial or other decisions. No representations or warranties are provided as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any of the information provided here. EduOnDemand.asia will be excluded from any liability and strictly not responsible for any loss as a result of reliance on the information presented.
