Donation Terms & Conditions

EDUONDEMAND.ASIA IS A REGISTERED BUSINESS AND A SUBSIDIARY BUSINESS UNDER SMARTAGE GROUP LOCATED IN SELANGOR, MALAYSIA. EDUONDEMAND.ASIA OPERATE THE WEBSITE EDUONDEMAND.ASIA (THE WEBSITE). THESE ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH GOVERN EACH USE YOU MAKE OF THE DONATION PAYMENT SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH EDUONDEMAND.ASIA.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY SEPARATELY TO EACH SINGLE DONATION THAT YOU MAKE. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED FOR IN SECTION 5, ‘MONTHLY DONATIONS’, AND UNLESS SPECIFIED BY YOU, THEY DO NOT FORM A CONTRACT ALLOWING FOR FUTURE OR SUCCESSIVE TRANSACTIONS TO BE SET UP. BY CONFIRMING ON THE WEBSITE THAT YOU WISH TO MAKE A DONATION YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THAT DONATION.

We will use your donation at our discretion but within our stated charitable objectives.

All payments through the Website are to be made by Bank Payment or by PayPal.

Due to the fact that EduOnDemand.asia don’t have the facilities to auto debit donor’s bank account and for credit card for the Bank Payment, you will need to key in all your credit card via PayPal website.

Hence, EduOnDemand.asia will just provide you the link to pay or the bank account number for you to pay. Please do provide EduOnDemand.asia the receipt for the donation which is the last step for the payment for the donation.

If you become aware of fraudulent use of your bank card or other mode of payments, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your bank or other payment service providers such as PayPal.

Before EduOnDemand.asia can process a donation from you, there is no need for you to provide us your details to us. You can easily just make your donation and inform us.

There is no need for you to provide us your debit card or credit card details, as EduOnDemand.asia won’t be able to use it on PayPal website. You will need to key in those details yourself for the purpose of donations.

Next, we won’t share your personal details with any other third party other than is set out in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are also agreeing to the way we use and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

If you make an error in your donation, please contact us either by email at cs@eduondemand.asia, by phone at (+60) 1111 2234 33 or by post at L-18-101, Sunway Resort Suites, Pyramid Tower East, Jalan Persiaran Lagoon, Bandar Sunway, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia within 2 days and a full refund will be made to you. Any refund requests made after two days will be deemed invalid and will not be entertained by us.

These Donation Payment Terms and Conditions will only apply to successive donations made through EduOnDemand.asia where you have set up a monthly donation. When you set up a regular donation you will be scheduling a series of donations to be made on the day of the month that you choose until further notice. You agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to each of the donations in that series.

By confirming that you wish to proceed with a monthly donation you authorize our payment service provider PayPal to request funds from your credit or debit card on the day of each month that you set.

To cancel your regular donation please contact PayPal Customer Service as EduOnDemand.asia can’t cancel regular donation on your behalf. Hence, you will need to do this by yourself.

EduOnDemand.asia reserve the right to amend these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions at any time.

These Donation Payment Terms and Conditions are governed by Malaysian law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.
